Customers are advised to carefully review the cancellation terms displayed on the tour page before completing their booking.

2. Cancellation & Refund Conditions

All bookings on Tourluk are paid in full (100%) at the time of booking.Refunds are applied based on the time of cancellation relative to the tour’s departure time, in accordance with the specific cancellation policy of each product, including:

  • Free cancellation: Full refund if cancelled within the eligible time period
  • Partial refund: A partial refund may be granted depending on the timing of cancellation
  • Non-refundable: No refund will be provided if cancellation occurs outside the allowed time window or in case of no-show
