Key Benefits for Suppliers

  1. Supplier Registration and Product Submission

All suppliers partnering with Tourluk are required to provide complete and accurate product information before any tour or travel experience is published on the platform, including company information, tour name, tour code, operating destination, tour category, duration, available languages, meeting point details, inclusions and exclusions, cancellation policy, media assets, itinerary details, and seasonal operation information. Tourluk reserves the right to review, edit, approve, reject, suspend, or remove any listing in order to maintain platform quality standards and customer experience consistency.

  1. Supported Tour Categories

Tourluk currently supports multiple travel product categories including Group Tours, Private Tours, and Luxury Experiences, with each category supporting both Day Tours and Multi-day Tours depending on the supplier’s operational capability and destination offerings.

  1. Pricing Submission Policy

All suppliers must submit pre-approved net pricing before products are uploaded to the Tourluk platform. Group Tours require fixed net pricing per guest, while Private Tours and Luxury Experiences require complete pricing tables from 1 pax up to 12 pax, including any seasonal pricing adjustments where applicable. Tourluk operates under an automated online booking model, therefore all prices displayed on the platform must be ready for immediate online purchase and dynamic quotation after customer payment is not permitted.

  1. High Season, Peak Period & Blackout Dates

Suppliers are required to clearly define all high season periods, public holiday surcharges, peak season pricing, blackout dates, non-operating dates, sold-out periods, and special event periods such as Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, summer peak seasons, or local destination events. Tourluk may automatically block unavailable dates within the booking system to prevent operational conflicts and customer experience issues.

  1. Booking Notice and Lead Time Requirements

Suppliers must specify the minimum booking notice required before departure for each tour category, including Group Day Tours, Group Multi-day Tours, Private Tours, and Luxury Experiences. Tourluk will configure booking availability and booking cutoff rules based on each supplier’s operational capacity and response capability.

  1. Supplier Confirmation Policy

All suppliers must define their expected confirmation timeframe for each product category. Suppliers with faster confirmation rates, lower cancellation rates, and more stable operations may receive increased platform visibility, preferred supplier status, higher listing priority, and additional booking opportunities. Tourluk prioritizes operational reliability and strongly encourages suppliers to maintain fast response times for customer bookings.

  1. Full Payment and Booking Processing

All bookings on Tourluk are processed with 100% full payment before confirmation. Once payment is successfully completed, the booking is automatically generated and an automated notification email is sent directly to the supplier containing booking details, customer information, travel dates, passenger count, and payment status. Suppliers are required to either confirm the booking or cancel the booking with a valid operational reason such as sold out inventory, weather conditions, operational limitations, unavailable guides, or force majeure situations.

  1. Supplier Cancellation Policy

Tourluk strongly discourages supplier cancellations after customer payment has been completed, as customer trust and platform reputation are core operational priorities. In the event of a supplier cancellation, Tourluk will refund the customer 100% of the payment and may provide compensation vouchers or customer support solutions where appropriate. Supplier cancellation rates may impact platform ranking, search visibility, preferred supplier eligibility, booking priority, and long-term partnership evaluation.

  1. Group Tour Operational Standards

For Group Day Tours and Group Multi-day Tours, suppliers are expected to maintain guaranteed departures whenever possible. Suppliers may combine passengers, merge operational groups, or operate multilingual departures where operationally necessary, however cancellations caused solely by low passenger volume should be avoided. Group tours should preferably support English-speaking guides and be operationally suitable for international travelers and mixed nationality groups.

  1. Private and Luxury Experience Standards

Private Tours and Luxury Experiences require suppliers to maintain complete pre-configured pricing tables, accurate availability management, premium service quality, and stable operational standards. Once a booking has been confirmed and paid, pricing changes, operational downgrades, or service reductions are not permitted unless mutually agreed due to force majeure circumstances.

  1. Child Policy and Single Supplement Rules

Suppliers must clearly define all child pricing policies including free child age ranges, child discount percentages, infant rules, and extra bed policies. Suppliers must also define all single supplement conditions including single room surcharges, mandatory single supplement scenarios, and hotel sharing policies where applicable.

  1. Review and Reputation Management

Only customers who have completed a tour or travel experience may submit reviews on the Tourluk platform. Supplier performance may be evaluated based on operational consistency, booking confirmation speed, cancellation rate, customer review quality, refund disputes, and overall service reliability. Tourluk may prioritize suppliers with stronger operational performance and customer satisfaction records.

  1. Refund Management

Refund eligibility is determined based on supplier cancellation policies, cancellation timing, operational circumstances, and force majeure conditions. Tourluk reserves the right to review refund disputes and customer complaints in order to protect platform integrity, operational fairness, and customer experience standards.

  1. Payment to Suppliers

Supplier payments may be processed through bank transfer, e-wallets, or other approved payment methods. Tourluk may upload payment confirmations, invoices, or transaction records to the supplier dashboard for operational transparency and accounting verification purposes.

  1. Supplier Connectivity and Product Submission Process

At the current stage of platform development, Tourluk prioritizes operational stability, curated supplier quality, controlled customer experience, and standardized onboarding procedures across all active markets. Therefore, Tourluk currently operates under a curated supplier onboarding model rather than fully automated API synchronization. Suppliers are currently required to manually submit tour programs, net pricing, availability schedules, cancellation policies, child pricing rules, single supplement policies, blocked dates, and seasonal operation rules for internal review before products are uploaded to the platform by the Tourluk operations team. Tourluk plans to gradually introduce API integrations, channel manager connectivity, live inventory synchronization, automated availability updates, instant confirmation systems, direct inventory integration, preferred supplier programs, and premium marketplace visibility starting from November 2026 after the platform expands into multiple international markets and completes its next operational scaling phase. Tourluk believes that long-term OTA scalability should be built on operational reliability, curated supplier quality, controlled customer experience, and sustainable market expansion rather than rapid and uncontrolled inventory synchronization during the early growth stage.
